Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in mental health / EAP.
• At least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity within a clinical role.
• Must be registered with the HPCSA or SASCCP.

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor KPIs such as customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff for high performance.
