Henley & Partners - The Firm of Global Citizens® in Cape Town seeks a Research and Data Intelligence Manager to lead rigorous quantitative research and data methodology across our global wealth and migration insights.

You will own data collection, validation, automation, and collaborate with PR, Marketing, Private Client and Government Advisory to deliver trusted insights. Join a multicultural team with growth opportunities and strong business impact.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in quantitative research, economic or market intelligence.
• Strong quantitative and investigative research skills; triangulate multiple sources.
• Experience sourcing, integrating and validating data; index or methodology development helpful.
• Proficient with Excel, data cleaning, statistical analysis, Python and/or R, SQL and AI-assisted tools.
• Able to communicate complex findings clearly and identify newsworthy, commercially relevant insights.
• Interest in global wealth, migration, economics, geopolitics or public policy beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Bring day-to-day research and data management in-house and drive quality.
• Own data collection, validation, and methodology documentation.
• Automate recurring processes and analyze movements, anomalies and stories.
• Lead millionaire migration research and develop transparent Henley-led methodologies.
