Partner company in South Africa seeks a Chief Technology Officer / VP of Technology to lead a global energy advisory firm’s tech strategy across Europe and North America. You will own the entire technical ecosystem, balance commercial impact with hands-on delivery, and align internal systems with sophisticated client-facing digital products.
You will direct a distributed international team, oversee managed services, and orchestrate AI and automation to scale operations.
Qualifications
- Proven track record leading technology strategy in a mid-sized org.
- Hands-on operational leadership with Azure/Dynamics ecosystem.
- Strong vendor negotiation and multi-country budget experience.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication across time zones.
- Experience with client-facing digital platforms; energy sector exposure advantageous.
Responsabilités
- Oversee enterprise IT, security, and global service desk across countries.
- Define product roadmaps for client platforms and ensure connectivity.
- Lead AI and automation initiatives to scale operations.
- Manage global vendor relationships and licensing.
- Mentor distributed technology teams across time zones.
