Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of clinical trial implementation experience.
• Experience in HIV, TB and other infectious diseases is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise global clinical operations and staff.
• Ensure quality standards for all studies are met.
• Lead hiring process and onboard/train new hires.
