In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth by identifying and nurturing strategic customer relationships specifically with high-growth customers originating from China who are expanding overseas. You'll collaborate with regional teams to uncover new opportunities and develop innovative solutions that position DHL as a key supply chain partner in these markets. Your key accountabilities include:
  • Identify key customer contacts within high-growth companies expanding from China and develop strong relationships to understand their strategies while effectively promoting DHL's capabilities.
  • Hunt for outbound opportunities aligned with the priorities of these customers and support pipeline development in collaboration with local teams.
  • Drive proposal presentations and assist in solution development tailored to meet the needs of these customers, ensuring a seamless implementation of new opportunities.
  • Maintain and nurture accounts through regular global meetings, fostering strategic partnerships with top management of high-growth firms.
  • Contribute to sector communities by participating in events and sharing insights on market trends, enhancing DHL's presence and reputation in the industry.
What are we looking for from you?
  • Proven track record in complex global environments (DHL or equivalent industries).
  • Project management and sales experience with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English.
