An independently owned globally popular skincare brand is expanding its marketing team from their Cape Town HQ. With distribution in 160 countries and a strong curiosity about human behaviour they’re reimagining how the brand shows up worldwide all from South Africa. This is a rare opportunity to shape something new within a well-established company that operates with the energy of a start-up.

We’re hiring across three levels

Junior Global Brand Marketing Executive (1–2 years experience)

Mid-weight Global Brand Marketing Manager (3–5 years experience)

Senior Global Brand Marketing Lead (6+ years experience)

What the job involves

Building brand presence across global markets from a South African base

Developing and executing creative insight-led marketing initiatives

Shaping strategies and messaging for international audiences

Working collaboratively in a small fast-growing team

Taking initiative and helping define team processes and priorities

Adapting to and thriving in ambiguity – this is a new team with room to grow and define your role

What you need to be considered

Experience in brand marketing or a related field (years of experience as per level)

A creative and strategic mindset

Curiosity about global markets and how consumers engage with brands around the world

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Self-starter mentality comfortable building within grey space

Bonus points if you

Have experience working on international brands or across multiple markets

Are fascinated by human behaviour and what drives consumer decisions
