Job summary

Smith Garb And Associates Cc seeks an experienced Local and Foreign Accounts Payable Clerk to manage creditors and ensure timely processing of payables. You report to the Financial Manager and strengthen supplier relationships while supporting internal stakeholders in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Requirements include Matric with a Bookkeeping Diploma or similar, and at least 5 years’ local and foreign AP experience, with import/export understanding and Syspro knowledge to handle high-volume

Qualifications

• Matric with Bookkeeping Diploma or equivalent is essential.
• 5 years local and foreign AP experience in FMCG/Manufacturing.
• Understanding of imports and exports is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the creditors function efficiently.
• Process accounts payable accurately and timely.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle supplier queries and resolve timeously.
