The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain, with a background in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Qualifications

• 3 - 4 Years Experience in Production Operations / Planning & Supply Chain.
• Leadership Experience required.
• Manufacturing Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly Laminating and Mirror sales demand forecasts.
• Manage the Laminating and Mirror supply chain cost-effectively.
• Ensure consistent glass production and supply.
• Plan production work centers and resources optimally.
• Streamline Value Added planning processes.
• Maintain good customer relationships to meet deliverables.
