Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, including orders, complaints, and general support.
  • Sales Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Turn challenges into opportunities by offering thoughtful, solution-oriented responses.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
  • Order Review: Support customers with design and order queries to prevent issues before they arise.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English (read, write, speak)
  • Basic proficiency in English for internal communication
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is desirable
