Job Overview

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives with strong German language skills (B2–C2) to support a global online retail project in Umhlanga, South Africa. This is a fully on-site role within a dynamic, shift-based environment.

Language Requirements

German: B2–C2 level (very good to native-level proficiency required)

English: Advanced (for training and internal communication)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Support customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related topics
  • Deliver high-quality service while meeting KPIs and quality standards
  • Follow internal processes and compliance guidelines
