A leading technology provider in Cape Town is seeking a candidate for a hybrid position to join their Group Delivery Back Office team. Responsibilities include resource scheduling, customer support, and data management. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and German, have strong customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Applications. This role offers full-time employment with UK/US shift hours.

Our client is setting up a new team for the Group Delivery Back Office team in South Africa to help out with the scheduling of different Resources, e.g. IT Consultants, Project Managers, Engineers for their customers.
Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent
Workplace: Hybrid (2 days/ week in the office)
Shift hours: UK/ US Shift hours (Monday to Friday)
Location: Cape Town, Bellville office
