What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Implementations Team to smoothly transition client accounts to the support phase.
  • Empower hoteliers by training them on all aspects of the software, helping them maximize its potential.
  • Engage proactively with hoteliers, highlighting the added value of premium features.
  • Work closely with German‑speaking teammates and other teams to create a fun and productive work environment.
  • Occasionally assist in creating educational video and written content, making it easy for hoteliers to use the software independently.
What We're Looking For
  • Native‑level fluency in German.
  • Previous experience in a technical customer support role.
  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, especially at the front desk or in reservations, is a plus.
  • Passionate about technology and software, with a knack for upselling.
