Job summary

You will manage client and supplier relationships, handle on-site issues with tour guides, and create German-language client proposals and costings for groups.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken German is required.
• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Knowledge of Tourplan is preferred; experience with group bookings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and respond to written requests with confirmations.
• Load reservations and ensure supplier confirmations and correct documentation.
• Prepare itineraries, vouchers, and guide packs; compile rooming lists and filing.
• Handle client complaints with the tour guide; liaise with agents on status, payments and deadlines.
• Create client-specific proposals and costings for groups in German; liaise with guides and staff.
