Qualifications

• Proven experience post-community service.
• Registered with HPCSA.
• Experience in primary healthcare, geriatrics or long-term care is advantageous.
• Experience in multidisciplinary healthcare environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical consultations and clinical management of long-term patients and retirement village residents.
• Run scheduled clinic sessions across Heritage Manor and Bridgewater Manor.
• Coordinate patient consultations, reviews and follow-ups in the facility environment.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions with ongoing medical oversight.
• Provide preventative healthcare and participate in multidisciplinary care planning.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and coding.
• Collaborate with nursing teams and village management; refer when needed.
• Support continuity of care and family communication when required.
