A leading testing and certification company in South Africa is seeking an administrator to support their Geochem Admin Department. The candidate will manage reports, invoicing, and liaise with customers, while ensuring a clean working environment and compliance with quality management. Essential qualifications include Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics and Science and 3 years of relevant experience. This role is vital for maintaining operational integrity and effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an administrative position.
  • Laboratory background would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager of the Geochem Admin Department with administrative functions.
  • Maintain customer communication and assist with general tasks.
  • Data entry of results into SLIM G6 when necessary.
