Job summary

The contract-based initiative seeks experts with proven higher education teaching or research experience in Genetics and the ability to create rigorous, accessible university-level educational content.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Genetics, Genomics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
• Proven higher education teaching, curriculum development, or academic research experience in Genetics.
• Strong command over core and advanced genetics subjects including molecular genetics, genomics, population genetics, cytogenetics, epigenetics.

Responsibilities

• Academic content and curriculum development: design and author higher education genetics materials and assessments.
• Academic review and quality assurance: ensure accuracy and relevance of genetics topics.

Position Overview

We are building a pool of distinguished academic and industry experts in Genetics. This initiative aims to assess high-potential subject matter experts for collaboration on upcoming higher education curriculum design, content development, assessment creation, and academic evaluation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic content and curriculum development: Review, design, and author high-quality higher education learning materials, course frameworks, and assessment modules in genetics.
• Academic review and quality assurance: Ensure biological correctness, technical depth, and current scientific relevance across genetics topics (e.g., molecular genetics, genomics, population genetics, cytogenetics, epigenetics).
• Pedagogical alignment: Align subject material with modern higher education standards and learning objectives tailored for university-level students.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

1. Academic Background

• Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Genetics, Genomics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related Life Sciences discipline.

2. Experience

• Proven higher education teaching, curriculum development, or academic research experience in Genetics.
• Experience with university-level content creation.

3. Subject Expertise

• Strong command over core and advanced genetics subjects, including:
• Molecular & Human Genetics
