Hosted by our leadership and training teams, the Programme covers a variety of how‑to topics, ranging from soft skills and customer‑facing projects to implementation.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a recent University Graduate who is eager to own their career journey through learning, networking, collaboration, and growth discussions.

As a Presales Consultant, you will engage in a challenging but rewarding period of learning, helping you build the skills and knowledge required to make meaningful contributions to a wide range of projects in various sectors.

Training topics span interpersonal skills, core business workflows, and key product and solution areas.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and high‑performing team with whom there will be frequent interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

Commit to accelerated learning programmes on Siemens software tools (CAD and PLM solutions, etc.), business processes, competency‑based and interpersonal skills.

Engage in customer‑facing projects under the guidance of skilled consultants and project managers.

Contribute to internal collaboration and the promotion of collective learning and efficient work methods.

Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

Collaborate with solution architects and consultants to design tailored solutions for customers.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant industry‑focused field.
• Strong desire to work collaboratively in a supportive and proactive team environment.
• Interest in engaging with customers and contributing to real‑world projects.
• Willingness to participate in intensive trainings and continuously develop technical and soft skills.
• Exceptional dedication to collaborative work and sharing standard methodologies within teams or across functions.
• Self‑starter who can show initiative and work autonomously when required.
• Availability to attend an assessment centre in our Pretoria office in October / November.
