Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for (not limited to) :

• Assist with ad-hoc projects as allocated by the Director and Engineer
• Install, modify, and repair various contractors fences at all building sites around estate
• Cutting grass, weeds and tree felling on various MES and Bondev stands / Property
• Paint / repair vacant commercial premises
• General maintenance (locks, handles, paving, glass repairs etc.)
