Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd in George, Western Cape, is seeking an experienced Production team member to execute daily targets in the Production Department and oversee bulk planning, ensuring product integrity. The role requires 2–3 years in production, Grade 12, strong communication with supervisors, and commitment to housekeeping, hygiene, food safety and safety compliance.

Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as per roster.

Job Purpose

To execute full- and on-time daily targets in the Production Department and the bulk

Experience and Qualifications

To perform effectively in this role, the following minimum qualifications and work experience are required:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent

• Proven track record of effective communication with Supervisors and Management
• Housekeeping, hygiene and safety

Working Conditions

This role requires the incumbent to operate in the following environments and manage specific physical or operational demands:

• Required to work rotational shifts, Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays as per shift roster including night shift.
• Must be able to work in hot manufacturing conditions
