This role is responsible for driving sales performance across new and pre-owned motorcycles, while leading a high-energy sales team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong brand ambassador, a strategic leader, and a hands‑on manager who can balance sales execution, team development, and operational oversight.

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 3–5 years’ experience managing a successful sales team (preferably in automotive or motorcycle retail)
  • 7–10 years’ overall sales experience
  • Knowledge of lead management, online sales tools, and structured sales processes
  • Solid financial understanding, budgeting, and profit management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s licence (motorcycle licence an advantage)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales or Marketing is beneficial
