About the Role

The General Manager will lead the full operational, financial and strategic management function of the business. This includes shaping and executing strategy, driving profitability and cash‑flow targets, strengthening operational processes, overseeing accurate monthly reporting and ensuring the business remains efficient, compliant and customer‑centric.

You will also play a key role in people leadership, working with the broader management team on organisational design, talent development and ensuring teams are supported and performing at their best.

Client & Partner Management

Requirements
