Minimum Requirements
  • Technical degree (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, or similar)
  • Commerce-related Honours or Master’s degree is an advantage
  • 8 or more years in management, specific to precast concrete manufacturing or a similar industry
  • 5 or more years at a senior / strategic management level
  • Proven financial, operational, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people leadership skills
  • ISO, OHSA, and ERP / MRP systems experience
