Introduction

Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced General Manager who will provide strategic and operational leadership to drive business growth and operational excellence within the HVAC sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge technical understanding of HVAC systems and experience leading high-performing teams. This role will oversee all business functions including service delivery, engineering, project management, finance, HR and client relationships to ensure the business remains competitive, compliant and profitable.

Must have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or a related field (MBA or Project Management Certification advantageous) as well as 710 years experience in a senior leadership role in the HVAC building services or facilities management sectors. A proven track record in project delivery, operational leadership and financial performance in HVAC with a solid understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration, building automation and technical standards.
