Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd is seeking a General Manager Finance who will report to the Group Executive and align with the CEO, CFO, EXCO and Board to drive financial strategy and performance across Generation Finance.

This senior role requires an Honours in Finance with CA(SA), 10 years of leadership experience, and a proven ability to lead complex finance transformations while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Honours Degree in Finance plus CA (SA) at a NQF 8 level with 480 Credits.
• 10 Years’ proven track record in leading key initiatives with high degree of complexity.
• Extensive management experience at a corporate level.
• SAICA registration with professional standing.

Introduction

Position/Task Grade: EEE.Department: Generation Finance.Business Unit: Finance.Reporting to the Group Executive Generation, the General Manager Finance will be accountable for alignment with the group Chief Executive (CEO), Group Executive, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), EXCO and Board using finance methodologist to shape a collective management agenda through effective planning and performance management, driving change leadership in finance, communicating progress against the value of creation framework to internal and external stakeholders within Generation division.

Related experience

• 10 Years’ proven track record in leading key initiatives with high degree of complexity.
