We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GENERAL MANAGER to lead the daily operations, guest experience, revenue growth, and team culture of a premium lifestyle restaurant concept. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to a strategic operator with a passion for hospitality excellence and team development.

INTERVIEWS DURING NOVEMBER – DECEMBER
START DATE – JANUARY 2026
Purpose of the Role

To drive operational excellence, elevate guest experience, and foster a high‑performance culture across both FOH and BOH teams. The GM will work closely with Head Office to activate brand collaborations, events, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full P&L oversight including revenue, costs, labour %, and profitability
  • Leadership and development of FOH and BOH teams: recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Uphold guest experience standards and deliver VIP service
  • Ensure compliance with OHS, liquor licensing, and food safety regulations
  • Manage cash handling, stock control, and reporting accuracy
  • Collaborate with Head Office on marketing activations and event partnerships

  • Proven financial acumen and team leadership capability
