Our hand picked team of analysts spans all continents and timezones, and is always ready to deliver a white glove solution to our clients.
Why This Role Matters
As General Manager of Deck Operations, you will own the performance, output, and culture of a 30+ analyst team producing hundreds of decks daily.

Identify bottlenecks and take immediate action (reassign work, elevate issues, adjust roles, increase training, etc.).
Track and approve PTO, sick days, and shift assignments to maintain full operational coverage.
Own payroll accuracy and monthly headcount reporting.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on workflows, SOPs, responsibilities, and training materials.
Quality Control & Analyst Development
