Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a General Manager (Construction) in Accra, Ghana.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• +10 years experience within construction
• +5 years experience within a leadership role
• Proven experience in residential projects (High end, luxury high-rise buildings / apartments)
• Experienced in concrete works, steel structures and high end finishes
• Strong understanding of structural systems and construction methodologies
• Expertise in finishing works and detailing
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong Project Management skills (Skilled in planning, scheduling, and budgeting and Familiar with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Permanent role in Ghana with annual flights
