Overview

Additional Information : This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Willie Burger Group. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Responsibilities

Functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property for 3 properties with responsibility for all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction human resources financial performance sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment and property ownership. Verifies implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations increased profit and market share. Holds property leadership team accountable for strategy execution and guides their individual professional development. The position ensures sales engines are leveraged and initiates independent and proactive sales activities when appropriate to generate demand. Verifies that the objectives and goals of the franchise company and property owners work together to achieve brand positioning and success. Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results. The position is actively involved in the local community and builds strong relationships with local officials businesses and customers. Represents the managing company in all leadership actions

Qualifications
