General Manager / Office Manager – AAH Holdings Group
Location : Rivonia, Johannesburg
Employment type : Full-time | On-site
AAH Holdings Group, a diversified investment and property group, is seeking a hands‑on General Manager / Office Manager to provide operational leadership across its businesses.

Reporting directly to the Founder & Managing Director, this pivotal role requires an organised, assertive, and solutions‑driven individual who can manage staff, systems, and daily operations with precision and authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate day‑to‑day operations across multiple group companies.
  • Supervise staff, enforce performance standards, and ensure accountability across divisions.
  • Act as first point of contact for operational, administrative, and reporting matters.
  • Drive efficiency, structure, and compliance with group policies and procedures.
  • Support the Managing Director by managing all internal workflows, follow‑ups, and reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, service providers, and partners.
  • Implement business processes, operational controls, and weekly performance reporting systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5–8 years of management experience, preferably within property, asset management, or diversified group operations.
  • Proven leadership ability with hands‑on administrative and operational management experience.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask across businesses.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable working with management systems (Sage, WeConnectU, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and drive outcomes.
