Key Responsibilities

Take full end‑to‑end leadership of the business, overseeing sales, credit, operations, and people functions.

Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Implement robust governance, risk management, and credit discipline across the lending portfolio.

Lead and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering accountability and results‑driven performance.

Champion CRM discipline, process consistency, and structured reporting to support informed decision‑making.

Partner closely with shareholders to refine and execute strategic objectives.

Represent the business externally with clients, investors, and key stakeholders, ensuring a reputation for professionalism and trust.

Experience and Educational Requirements

Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in a financial services or lending environment.

Ideally a CA(SA) or a commercially strong finance professional who has transitioned into broader leadership and strategy.

Proven experience in end‑to‑end business leadership, managing a full P&L (not just a functional area).

Strong background in credit or lending, ideally within property‑linked or bridging finance.

Demonstrated success in driving business growth and optimising performance within a lean team environment.

Hands‑on people leadership across sales, credit, and operations.

Process‑driven and structured, with a strong focus on governance, systems, and CRM adoption.
