Qualifications

An opportunity exists for a GM: Regulatory to create, influence, monitor and apply the listing requirements and to lead teams that ensure compliance with the listings requirements by regulated entities, thus protecting and maintaining the credibility of the company as an investment destination so as to contribute to the achievement of the strategic priorities of the business.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in management, CFA or MBA preferred but not essential
  • 10 years management of multiple teams' experience
  • At least 10 years working in Issuer Regulation Corporate Finance
