As General Manager, you'll be the person who makes sure this company runs like a machine.

YOU MUST BE :
- You will be perfect if you have :
- General Management Experience :
- At least 5-7 years running operations for a company or business unit.
- You've done this before.
- Multi-Department Leadership :
- Experience managing HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- You know how to make different teams work together.
- Financial Skills :
- You can read financial reports, manage budgets, and make smart money decisions.
- People Leadership :
- You've hired, fired, and developed teams.
- You know how to get the best out of people.
- Strategic Thinking :
- You can see the big picture and turn it into action plans that actually work.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :
- Overall Business Operations : Overseeing all daily operations across every department
- Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business
- Making sure departments work together instead of in silos
- Solving problems before they become disasters
- Reporting to the founders on business performance
- HR Department Oversight : Managing recruitment and hiring across all departments; Overseeing onboarding and training programs; Handling performance reviews and employee development; Dealing with HR issues and keeping the team happy; Building and maintaining company culture
- Finance Department Oversight : Managing budgets and financial planning; Reviewing financial reports and making smart money decisions; Overseeing payroll, expenses, and cash flow; Finding ways to increase profits without cutting corners; Making sure we're financially healthy and growing
- Overseeing marketing strategy and execution; Managing the sales pipeline and revenue targets; Making sure marketing and sales are working together; Tracking client acquisition and retention; Helping grow the business through smart marketing and sales
- Operations Department Oversight : Making sure client work gets done on time and on budget; Overseeing project management and delivery; Building systems and processes that scale; Tracking client satisfaction and results; Finding bottlenecks and fixing them
- Strategic Leadership : Working with founders to set company direction; Turning big ideas into action plans; Managing growth without losing quality; Building a team that can scale with the business; Making Future Famous even more famous

THE POSITION PACKAGE :
- Salary Range : R45, – R55, per month
- Work Hours : 8am – 5pm
- Location : Remote with in-person meetings in Dainfern, Fourways (at least twice monthly)
