General Manager — Regional Construction (Alice Springs) IM Partners is recruiting for Total Project NT | Full-time | Construction Management | NT / SA Projects About the company Total Project NT is a head contractor based in Alice Springs, delivering complex commercial and government builds across remote and regional Australia. Founded by respected Central Australian builder Travis Mitchell, the business has rapidly grown from $9M to $25M turnover through trusted delivery, quality outcomes, and long-standing local partnerships.

About the role

Reporting directly to the Director, you'll oversee projects, people, and systems across NT and SA.

You'll drive operational performance, workforce development, and client relationships — ensuring strategy turns into execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading day‑to‑day operations across multiple regional sites
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards
  • Strengthening financial oversight and job margin performance
  • Embedding WHS and compliance systems aligned to ISO
  • Mentoring and developing high‑performing teams
  • Representing the business professionally with clients, suppliers, and regulators
