As General Manager, you will lead a 45-person team to new heights. The role requires oversight of all departments to ensure that the mission of AA is executed while upholding our deep-rooted values.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Drive strategic plans aligned with mission
• Explore and grow markets: exports, mining, military, civil, events

Operations & Production Management

• Lead manufacturing for efficiency and innovation
