Bootlegger Coffee Company is currently seeking a General Manager to oversee operations at their Cape Town location.

This permanent, full-time position offers a salary ranging from R15, to R25, per month, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Ensure daily store operations run smoothly, including stock and staff management.
  • Food and Beverage Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, manage kitchen operations, and oversee ordering processes.
  • Staff Leadership: Roster staff, ensure punctuality, motivate the team, and assist with disciplinary procedures when necessary.
