Redheads Engineering Group is assisting a client in the financial services sector in recruiting a General Ledger Accountant. The General Ledger Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the client’s Germany Client Accounting Team, which services clients in the markets of Capital Markets, Private Equity and Real Estate (Financial Services). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, account reconciliations and day-to-day bookkeeping under German Commercial GAAP (HGB), IFRS and other relevant GAAP frameworks.

In collaboration with the Team Leader – Client Accounting Financial Services South Africa, the successful candidate will support the client’s Germany Client Accounting Team by delivering excellent support to internal and external stakeholders.
