Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple electrical projects
• Manage scheduling, procurement, and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SANS 10142, and OHS Act
• Oversee site teams, conduct inspections, and monitor project milestones
• Mentor, manage, and motivate electricians and support staff
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service delivery
• Manage budgets, quoting, and tender submissions
• Contribute to business strategy and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• N6 in Electrical Engineering (minimum)
• Wireman’s License (Installation or Master Electrician) – advantageous
• Registered with the Department of Labour and / or ECA
• 8+ years in the electrical industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
• Strong knowledge of NBCEI, SANS 10142, and OHS Act
• Experience with quoting, procurement, project planning, and ERP / project tools
