CORE PURPOSE OF JOB

Food service assistance and customer service. Knowledge of food preparation, Food hygiene and health & safety requirements

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Assist with preparation of food and beverage items.
• Maintain quality standards in food preparation and presentation in accordance with food, health and safety requirements.
• Work with Chef and / or cook in meeting food preparation requirements based on recipe and menu.
• Provide support on quality food preparation and output relevant to catering events.
