Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/CE or equivalent.

• Define and execute on product vision in partnership with your product manager.
• Develop roadmaps, track progress, and manage risks for your team.
• Own agile development process and ensure it serves the team.
• Lead performance management and career development for team members.
• Ensure technical excellence with security, availability, and best practices.
