Job summary

Multiform Human Development (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a friendly Retail/Entertainment Employee to assist customers with purchases, provide excellent service, and keep the store clean and organized in Welkom.

You should have a passion for gaming and entertainment and stay current with trends to recommend products, while delivering fast, accurate transactions and a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming and entertainment products and trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with finding products.
• Answer inquiries and provide product and promotion information.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and restock shelves.
• Keep up-to-date on gaming and entertainment trends to offer recommendations.
• Assist with inventory and other store tasks.
