Qualifications

• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
• Successful experience in similar roles, especially on cruise ships or 4/5 star hotels.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the galley areas.
• Support food safety protocols and hygiene requirements.
• Inspect and maintain compliance with hygiene and PPE requirements.

Skills

Fluent in oral and written English

Ability to speak, read and write in any major other languages

Knowledge of Sanitation Standards protocols
