  • Continuously refine your skills with mentorship from experienced sales leaders
  • Recent graduates with a university degree
  • 1–2 years of customer‑facing experience (sales or service preferred)
  • A genuine interest in sales, SaaS, and FinTech
  • High energy, curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Based in Cape Town (or willing to relocate)
