Job summary

Purpose of the Job

To make outbound calls to donors with the aim of promoting campaigns in order to generate donations.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls for campaigns to elicit donations
  • Calling for new/increased debit orders
  • Updating database details
  • Assisting with appeals
  • Calling Donors on a daily basis
  • Capturing key customer data
  • Providing customers with correct and relevant information
  • Responding to customer inquiries and answer courteously inbound calls
  • Generate customer interest in the services or products offered
  • Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers
  • Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services
  • Manage emails and correspondence with donors
  • Reporting problems to manager
Qualifications And Education Requirements
  • Matric
