We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Fundraiser to join our Johannesburg team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and making a meaningful impact through corporate partnerships and donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential donors, funders, and corporate partners.
• Develop compelling fundraising messages and proposals that appeal to businesses and donors.
• Promote and sell our Learnership Programme to corporates and organisations as part of their BBBEE, Skills Development, and CSI initiatives.
• Assist with initiating and executing marketing initiatives to raise awareness and attract potential partners and donors.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with HR managers, corporate leaders, and decision-makers.
• Use online platforms and social media to raise awareness and secure donations.
• Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns and events.
• Maintain accurate donor records and ensure compliance with legal reporting requirements.
• Evaluate fundraising performance and develop strategies for growth.
• Stay up to date with funding trends, learnership regulations, and inclusion initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or corporate partnerships, preferably within Learnership funding, bursary funding, or CSI funding.
• Established network of corporate and donor contacts is highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in delivering presentations and pitches to decision-makers.
• Strong organisational and relationship management skills.
• Self‑motivated and target-driven, with a professional and proactive approach.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (travel costs covered).
