African Parks is seeking a Funding and Reporting Manager for the Incubation Programme. You will manage grant funding, craft compelling proposals, and coordinate donor reporting while ensuring data integrity across reporting systems.

This role also supports events, travel, and programme data management, closely collaborating with IP partners and donors. Ideal candidates bring strong English communication, budgeting and M&E experience, and the ability to bridge strategy with operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in grant management and donor reporting.
• Excellent written and oral English; French is a plus.
• Strong coordination and project management skills.
• Budgeting and monitoring & evaluation experience.
• Experience with fundraising proposals and donor engagement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee AP-IP funding and reporting needs and prepare funding proposals.
• Coordinate donor reports and ensure data accuracy in reporting systems.
• Support data management, events, and travel arrangements for AP-IP.
• Mentor partners’ FRMs and build donor pipelines.
• Contribute to AP-IP dashboard updates and KPI tracking.
