A leading client in the investment sector is seeking a Fund Manager : Healthcare to join their senior leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the deal lifecycle—driving origination, execution, and strategic portfolio management within the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strong leadership, and extensive experience across private equity, investment banking, or REITs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead origination efforts and identify high-potential healthcare investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and deal sources
  • Oversee deal execution including due diligence, financial modelling, structuring, and investment committee presentations
  • Guide legal and financial negotiations through to successful closing
  • Manage portfolio performance and valuations in line with investment strategy
  • Lead governance-related meetings including board, risk, and advisory committees
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, or REITs
  • At least 5 years in a senior management role
  • Demonstrable deal leadership and financial modelling skills
  • In-depth understanding of fund structures, treasury fundamentals, and valuation methodologies
  • Proven ability to communicate and present at executive and board level
  • BCom in Finance or related field (MBA advantageous)
