The ideal candidate has 5+ years in renewable energy project management, strong knowledge of energy technologies, and proven ability to manage multiple projects in a distributed work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically within renewables.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, development processes, and grid interconnection requirements.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects from initiation to close-out.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant environmental regulations, safety standards, and permitting requirements.
• Regularly report project status, risks, and KPIs to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate virtual team meetings and maintain strong communication channels in a remote work setting.
