Job summary

Red Panda Software in Cape Town is seeking a skilled Fullstack Software Engineer to develop, test and maintain applications, focusing on JavaScript front-end and C# back-end work in a fast-moving retail tech setting.

You will design and integrate APIs, work with relational databases, and participate in code reviews, testing and CI/CD to deliver reliable software across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong JS/C# proficiency for full-stack delivery.
• Experience with designing and consuming APIs.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
• Familiarity with JSON and XML formats.
• Understanding CI/CD and testing frameworks.

Purpose of the job

The purpose of this Fullstack Software Engineer role is to develop, test and maintain software applications. The role particularly focuses on front-end programming using JavaScript along with back-end (C#) programming.
