In this role, you will work across WordPress and headless environments (Strapi CMS with React/Next.js), developing scalable web solutions that support global digital campaigns and products.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress sites, themes, and plugins (not theme-based).
• Build and optimize React/Next.js front‑ends connected to Strapi CMS and various APIs.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable back‑end solutions with Node.js and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Integrate APIs and automate workflows across CMS and other tools.
• Monitor and optimize performance, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and data teams to create cohesive and impactful digital experiences.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in front‑end frameworks and CMS ecosystems.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development – Must.
• Proven hands‑on experience with WordPress (custom themes/plugins) – Must.
• Experience with Strapi CMS, React, and Next.js – Must.
• Solid skills in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices.
• A “get things done” attitude, strong ownership, and a passion for building high‑quality web products.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a cross‑functional environment.
• Experience in developing Shopify websites (themes and apps) - an advantage.
