What You'll Be Doing



  • Drive revenue.

  • Build relationships.

  • Close deals.

  • Generate leads using our proven outreach systems (LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, CRM tools, etc.).

  • Engage prospects, uncover their pain points, and pitch Pearl Lemon's services like a pro.

  • Book qualified meetings for our senior sales closers or handle the full sales cycle yourself (depending on performance).

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaign performance.

  • Update CRM systems and maintain flawless pipeline hygiene.

  • Attend daily stand-ups, weekly strategy calls, and ongoing training sessions.
